I warmly salute the organizers, guests, and participants of the Apricot Tree International Documentary Film Festival on the occasion of the festival’s start.

The festival has truly proven its vitality and become an integral part of the regional cultural life of Armenia, the best platform for presenting Armenian documentary cinema to foreign artists and filmmakers.

At the same time, the Apricot Tree film festival provides an opportunity for Armenian film lovers to familiarize themselves with worldwide documentary cinema and the works of foreign filmmakers.

I am sure that this year too, when we celebrate the 100^th anniversary of Armenian cinema, the festival will provide unforgettable moments to all participants with its rich program, becoming an interesting platform for the exchange of new thoughts and experiences.
