The film documents Charles Aznavour’s first visit to his historical homeland Armenia, his concert in Yerevan, and his meeting with his grandmother. The film is provided to the festival by the Cinema Foundation of Armenia.

Ernest Martirosyan

Ernest Martirosyan (1937-1995) was a Soviet-Armenian film director and screenwriter. In 1963, he graduated from the Yerevan Art and Theater Institute. He worked at the Yerevan Studio of documentary films. In 1967, he graduated from the higher directing courses in Moscow. In 1967-1995, he was a director at Hayfilm Studio.
